Good morning!
I'm on my second day of the cleanse! Yesterday evening I decided to do about 30 minutes on the treadmill and then do some light weights and crunches. I had energy but I really had to push myself. I woke up pretty early that morning so I was already a little tired but I made it!: )
I also took the detox bath which was 1.5 cups of Epsom salts with 10 drops of lavender oil, it smelled really nice and it's been awhile since I've taken a bath so it was pretty relaxing. This morning I weighed myself to see if I lost weight, I figured I'd lose some water weight and I lost about 3# but I'm sure it'll come back once I start eating solid food again.
I actually think the first day was harder than the second but, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I think a lot of this is mental-if I did 3 days of a drinks/smoothies without planning it out ahead of time and at my own will, (I'm not saying I'm doing this against my own free will. I just mean if things just happened to work out this way) I would probably feel much less deprived. It's funny how that works.
Anyway, I'll let you know how it all worked out on Monday morning! Have a great weekend!
